How it works

1. Buy the Memory Film Change service for £4.99.
2. Send us the new video as an mp4 (or another supported format), along with your previous order number and the title of the film currently showing on your keepsake.
3. We handle the rest — the new recording is assigned to your jewellery and ready to play.

This service covers one change. If you set your memory page up yourself with the Self-Serve option, you can already edit your own content at any time, free of charge.
