What if my phone doesn't have NFC?
Most phones from the last decade do (iPhone 7 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S6 and newer). If yours doesn't, we'll send you a direct link to your memory page so it still works.

How do I tap the jewelry to open my memory?
Hold your phone against the pendant or bracelet with NFC switched on — if you pay with your phone, it already is. The strongest point is usually next to the camera lens. The very first time, hold it there for 5–10 seconds while the chip pairs. After that, one quick tap is enough
